Directions - How to Play this Novel Game!
|
1) Read each chapter. There are 6 chapters in all, and each chapter contains 6 sections. Each section is just one page long. The entire novel is only about 42 pages in length. I don't know about you, but I find it difficult to read long passages of text on a glowing screen. You can read the sections and chapters in any order you like, just as you can open a paper book to any page.
2) On the 6th section of each chapter, you have the chance to win a prize. Just click on the "win a Prize!" link and answer the question offered. A correct answer will give you the password needed to collect your prize. Each question can be answered by a careful reading of the chapter. If you're really stumped, email me for a clue: leslie@mothergoose.com
3) Unlike a paper book, Click Here if You Love Me contains lots of animations and videos that enhance the story. If you don't feel like reading, sit back and watch!
4) Click Here if You Love Me also contains many polls. Vote on issues that confront characters to share your anonymous opinions with other readers. Who knows, you may even change your assumptions or interpretations of the story when you see how others feel.
5) The Epilogue is your final chance to shape how others view the culpability of various characters in this century-spanning tale. Perhaps at the end of the story, you will take a kinder view of past tragedies, or a more judgemental one.
6) Contribute your suggestions and encouragements to The Editors Hall of Fame and become a published part of this Romance Novel Game!
7) Why is this a romance novel? Well, it's all about love and has a happy ending :-)
8) Why is this a novel game? It will amuse you with puzzles and prizes.
9) What else is it? RomanceNovelGame.com is a web site. As such it will be updated over time with new content and features. After Click Here if You Love Me, comes the romance novel game Undo for Love (Summer 2012).

One thing you can depend on, though the web enhancements grow more intricate over time, the stories will never change.
Our true lovers live happily ever after.
